Read MoreI understand that it is Mother’s Day and a restaurant is reasonably full, but a 2 hour wait is beyond anything expected, even without a reservation that is absurd but this has become a family tradition so we decided to wait. After finally being seated my family and I received terrrible service, our appetizers came out before drinks and when we asked for sharing plates for the apps we received dirty ones and had to return them, finally getting clean sharing plates 10 minutes later, only after inquiry did our waiter finally give us drinks, without straws which again had to be asked for. As a high reputable restaurant this came as a shock; not only due to the subpar service but the quality of treatment is beyond what regular customers deserve. My family is beyond disappointed with the treatment and quality of wait staff and wanted to share their wariness with other families.
