Read MoreI've never been more dissatisfied with a restaurant experience than right here at Nava. I literally haven't left yet, I needed to review this. Waters were never refilled once, they don't bring chips and salsa like every other self-respecting Mexican restaurant. The menu says "Stuffed Jalepenos", and when they were brought out, all they consisted of were fried oblong balls with some cream cheese and chopped jalapeños inside. I sent them back. I had asked for an order of their roasted pork, and was told they wouldn't do that. I get that not everyone is trying to cut out extra carbs and sugar, but usually a restaurant is willing to bring out a side of a meat that they already have on hand. Additionally, things weren't brought out that were asked for, like a fork, extra salsa, and a replacement drink, and we had to ask again. On top of ALL this, they automatically took a 20% tip. I'll definitely look elsewhere when we want some Tex-Mex.
