I had the dragon burrito and the ginger salad. It took about 45 minutes for the dish, for context, there were 4 other guests in the restaurant. The ticket time was rather long. However, the Jasmine rice in that burrito was gorgeous. Exactly how a restaurant should prepare that blend. It was a gigantic burrito, with well picked condiments, and potatoes that were cooked perfectly to suit the dish, beans to compliment it, and what I think might be chili crunch, to add a natural kick. The false chicken, I chose to pick out, but those familiar with tofu and chickpea blends would likely enjoy it. I can't complain about the ginger sauced salad. I expected rough, dry, and bitter kale. But I was surprised when I found the salad to be moist, fresh, juicy, and flavorful, and I would love to eat it again. The presentation, while constricted to a small plate, was ingenuitive. If the dish came out faster I'd give it a better rating. I'm not vegan, or even vegetarian, but I will admit, it was pretty tasty. I simply didn't expect how much time it would take to have my order.
