Read MoreOkay, first of all, the atmosphere is great. The music is good, a big tub of bottled drinks as you come in (like Cracker Barrel), and the smell is heavenly. The staff is more than accommodating and friendly. My wife and I always split a tray, we get the three-meat meal. The sides are great. I like the collard greens w hot sauce, and the wife likes the Mac and cheese and we both love the baked beans. The corn bread is slightly sweet and tastes great. The banana pudding is great if you still have room. I always feel good when I leave here, I don’t know why. Be alert, if you’re in the restaurant at noon, they play the national anthem, so if you’re a patriot like myself, you’re at home. I love this restaurant.
