Saturday night we decided to try @mintyzllc and what a great choice. We loved everything we tried, our favorites were the MISO-KOBACHA POTSTICKERS these were so delicious, the KUNG PAO TOFU (second picture) I’m still thinking about this dish, I want more, and the BAO BEIGNETS this dessert was chosen by the hubs and I am so glad I let him choose because these beignets were tossed in five spice powder and served with a black sesame caramel that tasted like chocolate sauce mixed with caramel... my mouth is watering just thinking about them. Overall the balance in flavors was spot on, even the spicy items had great balance, and the sauces are a perfect accompaniment for the dim sum and you can taste that they use quality products. We ordered the DUMPLING FEAST as well, because it lets you taste 6 different flavors of dim sum and and you get 10 items... all for $35!!! The SERVICE was perfect, nothing can mess a meal up like bad service but you will not have that problem here. The waiters were attentive and the owner Minty, came over to ask what we thought about the food, her husband is the chef working the kitchen. She also let us know that they have a special called $1 WONTON WEDNESDAYS!!! Which means the Cuban Corn Wontons are $1 each... (normal price is $1.80 each). We are definitely going back to have more of their delicious food. Next time we’ll try more of the main dishes and some of those vegetables.... we’re eyeing the BBQ CHINESE EGGPLANT and the THAI CURRY CAULIFLOWER which look so amazing on their IG account.
