So let's begin with all the BS statements stated previously to my post about the wait times and attitudes from staff.
Alexis greeted me with a genuine smile on both occasions and sat me wherever I wanted. Super friendly, great conversationalist and non-judgemental on my ordering of a Bourbon bloody Mary at 0800! Hahaha Honestly, a great personality! So the comments of a negative experience by others - I can't see it. Now, if you approach them with an attitude, could you get it in return - I would hope so! Conduct yourself as you would want others to conduct themselves to you!
So, onto my first experience. I ordered the eggs benedict with bacon and avocado. The bacon didn't do the dish justice, especially with the benedict setup of flavors. I wouldn't recommend this. That's MY fault and I own that. Hence why I had to give it a second try.
Now for the smoked salmon eggs benedict with avocado, spinach and tomato. OH HELLO!!!! This is what I am looking for! Not to mention the bourdon bloody Mary- Yes please!
The flavors mixed great with two perfectly pouched eggs and homemade hollandaise sauce!
