The standout dishes include a delightful broccoli salad and a generous helping of freshly made fried onion rings. The one-pound hamburger steak, adorned with grilled mushrooms, green bell peppers, and onions, is a massive and flavorful feast. The fried pork chops, both sizable and tasty, paired excellently with the fresh collard greens and black-eyed peas.
The attentive service added to the positive experience, and we left with enough for dinner tonight. Midway Meal proves to be a great little eatery, weaving in a rich local heritage into every bite of its comforting dishes.
