Firstly, they do not open the app when the restaurant opens at 7am - They open it around 10-11 am, not giving you the opportunity to order breakfast on time. We have called in the morning (around 7:30-8 am) to ask them to open it, and they say they will do it immediately, and that has not been the case. They either don't open it, or open it closer to lunch time.
When the app is closed, you are able to schedule orders to be processed an hour after they open, triggering the app to open for that particular order. However, they go ahead and cancel the order, and make the app completely unavailable at that point. Also, at some point they had an item available, and did not show it on the app. making you have to call the restaurant and have them turn on that item to be able to order it, which is inconvenient, time consuming, and unnecessary.
Overall, all we have had with this restaurant is headaches, and we have had it. Never ordering again, thanks to all the staff who refuses to operate the app properly knowingly.
We found another restaurant that can fulfill our requests in a satisfactory way. They are a bit pricier, but we do not mind as long as we get serviced properly.
