Read MorePoor experience all around and so disappointed after wanting to try this place for so long.Waited 20 min when the manager noticed we had not been greeted, offered drinks or anything. We had 4 small children in our party of 10. When a server did arrive we were prepared to order everything - drinks, kids food which we asked to be put in straight away, appetizers, and dinner.We then waited several minutes for drinks, had drinks missing when they arrived and also had to remind our server of our bar drinks.We were offered 2 garden salads, despite having ordered 3 Cesars. When the salads finally arrived, we were given 2 and told “we were still waiting on the other salad….” The salad arrived well after the others were consumed.I don’t even care to go into every other detail, but none of our food came out together, we ate in waves, not one condiment or necessity was offered to us (ketchup for burger and fries, tarter for fried fish, napkins, extra plates for shared appetizers, etc).We received an apology from the manager as we were waiting on our final meal to arrive. She let us know they didn’t have enough fryers and that was the hold up….While owning up and apologizing is much appreciated, the headache, mediocre, cold food, less than service, hungry children were all not worth it and we would not recommend or return.
