Highly Disappointed with the Service
I had an unpleasant experience on November 30, 2024, with Order No. 948. While asking a simple question about my order, a team member insisted I say “please” before they would respond.
As a respectful adult and paying customer, I don’t need to be lectured on how to speak. This came across as rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. Customers come to McDonald’s for good service, not to be policed on their tone.
This was disappointing and far from the standard I expect from McDonald’s. Management needs to address this behavior immediately.
