Read MoreThis store needs to work in costumer service, really bad experience from my part ,the manager doesn’t know how to help a costumer, standing in there not doing nothing with the lane full of cars she didn’t care about that ,the speed of the service was bad, I decided to go in the store to not make that line, at first we ordered a frappe and it was not full my boyfriend ask the manager if she cloud please fill the frappe, it was missing like 2 inches and she says the machine do it like that with a really bad attitude, my boyfriend works for McDonald’s as a manager too so he start telling her the process to fill a cup from the frappe machine and she start getting mad about it ,so she didn’t do it, they didn’t gave us straws or nothing for the 2 orders the we have, she didn’t hear us or apologize to us or nothing we fill bad coming to this McDonald’s again. As a manager she is supposed to know McDonald’s procedures, and she is supposed to be kind and have a good attitude with clients if not I don't think she is qualified to work with customer service.
