Read MoreEvery time I've tried to get food at this mcdonalds, it has gone horribly- to the point where it's better to drive to the columbiana location to get good food, or even get food at all. If you're not sitting in one of the lanes for several minutes while being skipped multiple times over, you're getting a rude worker who's attitude over you wanting fries makes you never want to eat them again. One time, I had to get out of my car and go into the store to ask for ketchup several times- only getting one or two packs each time. There is only one, and I do mean one, good employee working there and I WISH I could remember her name so she can get the recognition she deserves. The TDLR of this is even though I hate giving bad reviews, and usually would just stop going to a place if it has bad service, this location is in a fantastic spot right off the interstate. It's a shame that is has such poor service and drive thru times.
