There was another time I went, I ordered 2 regular meals, and at the drive thru pay window they told me I was paying for my 2 regular meals and I ended up paying for a happy meal that I didn't order. I got to the food window and they told me this, so we tried to pay for our 2 meals, realizing the happy meal took enough money out of our account to make us short a couple dollars for our meals. The staff at the window told me that they didn't know what to do, and didn't even offer the money back for the happy meal that wasn't even mine. I had to ask for my money back, and they couldn't even put it back on my card so that I could pay for my 2 regular meals. We ended up leaving this McDonald's location very unsatisfied, and without our meals.Will not be going back to this location. I will make the drive to further ones if I would like McDonald's.
