Went to drive thru this morning. Workers were so nice. My steak bagel was freshly cooked and had no grissell. It was delicious. They go above and beyond what is expected. Thank you!

Five Star Plus rating McDonald's Kernersville location Highway 150 close right beside I-40. Very fast service no wait time I have no complaints I will be visiting visiting this McDonald's very soon. Thank you McDonald's management employees staff for making our visit very very enjoyable

Great service. Food - hot & fresh! & the app is a real plus, too! Ended up with a free happy meal for my grandson! I mean, not just a free burger, or a free soda. The whole happy meal! Makes this Gigi happy!
