Thought it would be fast to order on the app. But not at this McDonald's. The last three times, I used the curbside pickup, and it took almost 20 minutes to get my food. The third time, I had to walk in and get my food. They left it sitting on the back counter, getting cold. So today, I ordered for counter pickup. I go in and again, they are clearing the drive-thru while my food sat in the bin. Me and another customer had to wait for her to even notice us. She took the time to clear our orders, but not the time to serve them. My order showed "now serving" for over five minutes, while my food sat there and got cold. I watched cars that pulled in behind me go through the drive-thru before I got served. When I mentioned that the orders shouldn't be cleared until we were actually being served, she took the time to argue with me and the customer in front of me, yet still couldn't take the time to put our food in a bag and give it to us. She even stopped and took the time to call her GM and question if she was right to clear the orders, but she couldn't take the time to hand us our food. What is wrong with people? All you had to do is serve the orders in the same order that they came up, instead you cleared the drive-thru and argued with your customers inside. I am in customer service so I would like to think customer service isn't dead, but at this McDonald's it is if you don't use the drive-thru.
