Read MoreCame this morning bc I placed a mobile order. When I arrived they were closed bc of a malfunction. Ngl, this was inconvenient for me and was I irritable. No matter what, the staff was professional and showed class. The manager (I think her name was Nubula) proceeded to give me a gift card to come back since I couldn’t cancel my order and talk to her when I arrive.
Later tonight I show up and a kind gentleman Francisco came to my assistance with no hesitation. Hearing my inconvenience this morning he gives me (on top of my gift card) the 20% coupon I lost, as well as a free drink and apple pie.
The staff here truly work hard, no matter the day, no matter the customer. I’ve had my bad experiences at McDonald’s (like everyone), but rarely here at this. And when there is a mistake, it’s fixed fast and with kindness. I appreciate the service and hard work of the staff at THIS McDonalds.
