Their cook walked out mid shift. There was a lady throwing a literal tantrum at one of them, (in front of my 4 kiddos) first because the order she was waiting on said pick up at counter instead of dine in, then because her mcflurry was in a kids cup instead of a small cup (they were out of mcflurry cups)
Even though you guys were frazzled, you got the food out and kept taking orders. I've worked in the service industry for 35+ years, and this situation SUCKS! People need to show some grace and not be jerks to people who are trying to help you. This was an unexpected life lesson teaching moment for this mom.
