It was worth my time to go back inside, I was prepared to argue, show my receipt, convince them I didn’t shove it in my mouth, rush inside, dust off the crumbs and try for another. Trust me, it’s happened before I feel like I’m being interrogated. Shocking, they gave me the hash brown without arguing and my jaw hit the ground when they apologized. Actually said, “I’m sorry you had to come inside because we forgot it.” That has never happened. Then the manager gave me a coupon for a free desert. I came outside, stunned and just had to tell someone. If I called my wife, she would take my free dessert coupon; so I decided to write a review. Thank you!
