Tonight we were on our way home, our friend in the car behind following us, we stopped to get a bite. Took 20 minutes in the drive through line, that's understandable, it was busy, had quick courtious service over the speaker, paid the correct amount, had 2 people handing us drinks, but they got our order (mostly) incorrect. We ordered a large number 1(big-mac, fries, sweet tea), a mcchicken no lettuce add cheese, a fillet-o-fish (he likes the surf 'n' turf) and a large dr. pepper. Our friend behind us got a double quarter pounder w/ cheese plain, a chicken wrap and a large drink. We get our food way quicker than expected, our friend said it took a minute for his order to come out. We've been here many times, and have so far not had an incorrect order, so we went straight home (I know rookie mistake), get into the bag, and weve got a fillet-o-fish that's correct, a double quarter pounder w/ cheese plain, a chicken wrap, and fries, drinks were correct. Our friend's order was correct as well. We got two bags of the same things plus a fillet-o-fish. I know it's my fault for not checking our bag, also i shouldn't have to, but I was really looking forward to that big mac.

As faithful customers of the fairview Mcdonalds for years….We have been noticing a steady decline in the attitudes of the employees that work there. We have also noticed a concurrant decline in food taste and quality.
Today was our last visit to this establishment. We went through the drive through and got what was water with a tiny bit of orange flavoring in it. This is what they called orange juice.
While this was irritating what sealed the deal was the absolute rudness of the employees when we asked for orange juice not orange flavored water. No apologies just attitude…from the store manager down to the girl at the window.
It was clear to see that the attitudes of the employees reflected that of the store manager.
Mcdonalds owners….youve lost 2 faithful customers.
We will never go back.
