While we were waiting, a female customer was arguing with a worker( I think she was a supervisor or higher rank) over our food between the two. It was at least for a minute or more. I went to pick up our food while they were still arguing. Our fries were in bags and not covered. I returned to the counter and demanded replacement for all the fries. The same woman who argued with a customer replaced our fries without apologies. I think she should be disciplined for arguing with a customer in front of customers, for poor customer service skills, and be disqualified for handling food safely.
