As always, the employees were nice and friendly, the order was correct, and the food was freshly made. Using the mobile app and the drive thru is always quick and painless with the orders completed properly.

Every time we come through everyone of the staff members are friendly. Let me tell ya if your having a bad day or feelin low the staff are always so complementive (not sure if I spelt it right) orders are always on point to.

For some reason, I prefer the Eureka Springs Mac's. Love the staff. I always do drive thru, but really have had no issues with staff or order mix ups. Great job y'all. Keep up the good work!

I am a big McDonald's fan. My only complaint is that a person certainly can't get a meal for a couple of dollars anymore. The prices have gone through the roof and it's really sad. Still the best fries around though!

I mean, it IS a McDonalds, so let's not expect fine-dining. The folks that work here are great, and they work their butts off. It's fast food in a tourist town. Cut them some slack and just be kind. It costs nothing to be decent.

Despite morning traffic in drive through, order was quick, correct, fresh, tried and true. Feeding the family for a morning trip, biscuits, mcmuffins, burritos and salsa. It took longer to leave onto the main road than the employees took to hand us our order.
