We waited to be greeted for multiple minutes after saying excuse me, only to be told someone would be with us shortly (this is after the inside has been closed, so no one was inside) after a few minutes of no one coming to the window, we said excuse me again. Again, no one came to the intercom, we waited for a few more minutes, only to be told someone would help us shortly. This entire back and forth lasted over 8 minutes.... 8 minutes in drive thru, while the inside was closed. After finally ordering and not being told what window to drive to, we pulled up to the first window to be met by a man in a blue hoodie picking his nose...we then decided to drive to the second window to be met with a rude man who kept saying he didn't have any sauces left that had a beard and long hair. After asking for different sauces he finally decided to give us the sauce we originally asked for. This has been a horrendous experience and I implore everyone wanting McDonald's to go somewhere else.
