When I ordered my food, it was mentioned that they had shakes. When I finally received my food, they mentioned that they did not have shakes, and gave me something entirely different instead.

When I ordered my food, it was mentioned that they had shakes. When I finally received my food, they mentioned that they did not have shakes, and gave me something entirely different instead.
If this was the first time this happened, I wouldn't be as upset.
However, as multiple reviews have pointed out, your order will take forever to get to you to the point where it is cold.
This also isn't my first time ordering a shake while specifying if they have shakes on the menu at that point, and then not receiving a shake because their machine wasn't working.
When I asked them about my food, they mentioned that it wasn't ready yet, while holding the bag with my food in it to put up on the shelf. Overall incompetence from the servers.
