Read MoreThis review is specifically for the customer service, yes the food is good too but I want to shout out the service level here. My daughter loves Disney and her favorite princess is Tiana, and when we saw Tiana included in the Disney princess Happy Meal toys she was SO determined to get her. So we’ve visited a few different McDonalds lately for the occasional Happy Meal but I would buy an extra toy, all with the hopes of getting Tiana. We started getting duplicates of other princesses, tried trading and other locations either said they didn’t have Tiana or only had like two of the princesses.
Last night my daughter needed a pit stop and we were in this area, so we ran in and I asked if they had Tiana, they didn’t think they did and we were bummed initially and started ordering. The manager (guessing based off the uniform) gave my daughter two cookies just because, and it was really sweet. This location had two other princesses she hadn’t collected yet so we got those with our food and just as we were leaving — the manager comes out with a Tiana!! Again, I know this is a fast food restaurant and most people would maybe not be ordering inside. However, as busy as this McDonalds is — they went above and beyond to make my daughter’s night, and in a world where human to human interaction is constantly speeding up, it was nice to see my daughter experience exceptional customer service. Some locations for fast food seem like customers are just numbers, but the staff here did not make us feel this way at all.
This location is clean, fast, caring, the food is great, and I definitely recommend this location if you’re in the area!
