This particular McDonalds was exception to the rule; staff looked sloppy, stretched out, stained t-shirts and sweat pants are apparently what passes for acceptable attire at this place. There were at least 4 of them that i could in the kitchen hiding from customers, and apparently there were multiple customers that have just gone through drive through and got wrong orders, with nobody to help them. New ordering system is garbage, because if i order and select cash, nobody is ever at cash register to take my cash, so after nobody showing up for 5 + minutes, we decided to leave. Wendy's just down the road was clean, with people actually staffing cash register and i got my order quickly. Not stepping foot in this McD's again.
