We had a great dining experience at Manero’s. The meal started off with a fresh salad—nice to see ripe, flavorful tomatoes, which really made a difference. My wife ordered the bourbon salmon, and after a bite, I was impressed by how much flavor it had.
I initially ordered the prime rib, but it was a bit too chewy—not the tender, buttery texture I expected. I mentioned it to our server, Chris, who was incredibly attentive. Jen, the manager, also stepped in to make sure I was happy with my meal. They went above and beyond to offer a replacement, and I chose the filet mignon.
Wow—the filet mignon was absolutely incredible. It was tender, perfectly cooked, and paired with a delicious homemade sauce (I wish I could remember the name). Honestly, this should be Manero’s signature dish.
Chris and Jen truly elevated the experience with their professionalism and kindness. Thanks to them, what started off as a disappointment turned into a memorable evening.
