So we changed the caldo de res to chicken Tortilla soup, they brought out both soups both the same except 1 had Tortilla strips in it. I asked if they brought me the wrong one, the cook said they are the exact same soup except for the Tortilla strip! Looks like they toss everything in the soup corn, peas, jalapeños, oregano, diced tomatoes, rice and shredded chicken. Not one piece of vegetable that usually go in caldos like potatoes, carrots, cabbage, zucchini etc... he said that they may start making their caldo different he thinks? No taste, so bland. Won't be coming back again.
