Los Compadres Carniceria in Avondale. Had crispy tripas, carnitas, and barbacoa tacos. I won't order the barbacoa again as the sauce it was cooked in wasn't to my liking. Also had beef chicharones that were excellent. It's a small place but well worth the trip.
