Our waiter introduced himself and took our drink order. Our bread arrived and shortly after our drinks. We ordered our food. I ordered the "9oz. Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Half-Rack Baby Back Ribs" w/a side of fries and broccoli. Our food arrived much sooner than I expected.
My chicken was cooked thoroughly and was juicy at the same time. The sauce on top was very flavorful. The broccoli was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The fries were golden brown, crispy in the outside, and soft inside. The fries did not need any added salt or seasoning as they were seasoned perfectly for my taste. You might ask for light salt or no salt if you are on a low/no salt diet, as they could be considered too salty by some.
The atmosphere here was much quieter than other stakehouses we have been to. (Which is what we prefer.) The lighting was a dim soft light that was just right. The seats were comfortable and everything was clean and well kept.
As for our server Blake. I can't say enough good things about him and his service. Blake was very friendly from the start. He checked on us a few times to make sure we were enjoying our meal. My wife and I each had a refill of our drinks when our first was about 3/4 done without us even having to ask. All of this right as things were getting busy. Blake is by far the best server I've had while dining out, in a long time,if not, ever.
