We stumbled upon Lola Wine Lounge while walking back to our Airbnb. A few people were seated outside, and it looked cute, so we decided to give it a try—and what a gem! Moody yet playful, it’s a charming little spot with a great selection of wines and champagne, including bottles from beyond California and Washington.
We sat at the bar and met the owners, Sam and Anna. Sam was knowledgeable and made spot-on recommendations—he even convinced me to try an Argentine Malbec, and I loved it! We ordered the whipped feta (yum) and a charcuterie board. When Anna heard I was a vegetarian, she was kind enough to ensure the meat was kept separate from the cheese—such thoughtful customer service.
The server (whose name I didn’t catch) was equally friendly. The vibe was lively without being overcrowded, and we ended up chatting with a few locals who clearly love the place. If we’re ever in CDA again, we’ll definitely be back. Thanks for the fun night, Lola!
