Have to use an app, have to use a credit card, have to jump through hoops. On my 11th call in 6 days, they picked up the phone, wouldn't take the order over the phone, told me to walk up to window, order pizza and wait on sidewalk. Started at 22 dollars for a small, over 30 bucks out the door. Have been wanting this dinner for a week, dough was so raw when I took a bite, I couldn't believe it! Took a bite out of two other pieces, just as raw and doughy! Picked up the whole thing and put it in the trash! Would rather have waited a few more minutes for a cooked pizza, rather then a fast raw pizza! Most expensive pizza, slice for slice, that I have ever paid for. Have been pleased in the past, but after this week of high hopes and disappointing results, I will never return.

Yes, I am frustrated with using apps, having to put my credit card info out there on the web, one more fn time. Having a tip automatically added in. A tip for selling me food, no chairs or tables to eat at? Just a window, at a hole in the wall pizza joint?
I'm sure a year from now you won't even accept cash! My partner has ordered us pizza 5 or 6 times in the last couple of months, always happy. Young guy, technology savvy, way over priced, but good pizza, that's why I was so eager to order one for myself. I spoke to you an hour earlier, trying to order, told you I was across the street, you told me I had to come in person, order and wait. What's this world coming to? I understand you can get burned on phone orders, and eat the costs, but sometimes ya gotta help out a customer, ya know?
Yes, you did give me a free pizza, because you screwed up an order before I got there, I gave it away on the sidewalk, before going back to work. And yes I would have called or brought it back to be cooked again, but you were closed!
Speaking of which, he'll of a website you have.
Have a dozen time this week, it said you were closed, but open tomorrow, when I can look out the fn window, and see that you are open!!! Website hours and times change every time you sneeze or go to the bathroom!
Just like tonight, have bought from your window a couple times before work, would it kill you to smile, or and like you were happy to see a customer? Every time, it's seems like the customer is always putting you out, and you'd rather be somewhere else, have never seen you smile, just a negative attitude and like your going outa your way to help a customer.
You asked for the reviews, don't get butt hurt when they are not all 5 Star reviews.
Listen to the customers wants and needs, and adjust accordingly:-)
