Read MoreI recently dined here and, regrettably, my experience was far from satisfactory. After placing our order, our waitress was absent for approximately 10 minutes. Upon her return, I had to personally request water, which was not proactively offered.
Accompanying us was our 2-year-old son, and naturally, we used tissues during the meal for cleanliness. It’s important to note that the majority of these tissues were our own, not supplied by the restaurant. Despite this, the waitress consistently expressed her discontent audibly and displayed a demeanor that made us feel unwelcome.
We had left a generous tip at the time of ordering—a practice we now realize is better reserved for after the meal. This experience stands out as one of the most unpleasant dining encounters we’ve had.
