The food is tasty and the portions are generous. I got the teriyaki chicken, sesame chicken, chow mein, 3 rangoons, and 2 eggrolls for just over $13. Little Panda is a great local spot, better and cheaper than Panda Express.

Great by the scoop spot. Friendly staff. Food met my expectations; volume solid and quality better good. Glad I stopped in and if I’m in the neighborhood again I’ll pay them a visit. Note: seems to be $2.50 a scoop depending on which side/protein you want.

Great food, and great service overall. usually, when I come home from work, this is the closest and fastest Chinese food I pass by. Very affordable, amazing, and nice workers and owners! The food is great and has a lot of variety.

Wonderful food at $1.50 a scoop. They have rice noodles,low mein and fried rice. Really good amd spicy jalapeno chicken. Mushroom chicken is very good as well. Generous portions. Not so crazy about the egg rolls ,kinda "soggy".

For the price it's really good. Food doesn't smell like freezer burn, like the Chinese restaurant on Dell Mar circle. Location is old but food is really good. I usually get lo mein and sesame chicken and newer disappointed.
