Read MoreI’ve been eating Ha Long Bay for a couple years now, and have taken to getting take out from Little Palace as Ha Long Bay is under construction and they’re serving a mixed menu of both restaurants. The staff is always so kind and outgoing, they’re also receptive to questions/comments. My pan fried dumplings are normally amazing but the last few times they were a little more done than I wanted. I added a note to my order tonight about wanting my dumplings more golden vs almost burnt and they came out perfect tonight. I called and let the staff know but also wanted to give them kudos for being receptive to requests and commentary!! When I called to mention it they had said they noticed the dumplings had been coming out more done then people wanted recently and they made appropriate corrections. Overall, in the last two years I have had almost perfect orders always. And anytime there is an issue they are more then willing to correct it. I went many times before the change of hands and I still go almost weekly, if not every other week. Can’t say enough good things! I spent $50 but that was for pad Thai with extra peanuts, chicken satay, pan fried chicken dumplings and a Thai iced coffee and I have leftovers enough to eat 3 more times!
