Excellent experience. Visited Latitudes for a birthday celebration and I was very impressed with the ambiance, decor, and service. Every aspect of my visit was 5-star worthy. From the valet staff to the wait staff, nothing was left to be desired except for another visit. The food was exquisite and delightful to the palette. Each dish was presented with finesse and with such artistry as if they were lyrics on a plate, worthy of the spotlight, and a Broadway show. Whoever was the chef in the kitchen, he/she deserves a write-up in a magazine displaying their talent.Parking: Cost $5 dollars for non-guests of the hotel.

Absolutely stunning restaurant that's perfect for date night. This was our first time here, and we will no doubt be back soon.The food is delicious. The portion sizes are large, even the half portions are a substantial amount of food. My husband ordered a half order of the veggie pasta and it was plenty to fill him. I had the blackened mahi sandwich and it was absolutely divine - very unique to what I've had elsewhere.Our waiter was so helpful and kind and the atmosphere is very romantic. Apparently, the restaurant has been renovated recently (also renamed Latitudes) and it's so beautiful inside.Definitely check it out, I think you'll be very happy you did!

Indoor; coffee is great. Good waitress. eggs Benedict was nice and light.None of us liked the crab Benedict though but everything else was excellent. Angel is the best employee here. Always in a great mood. Remembers everybody.Outdoor Pool side; Food was great. Very cute and good for photos area. Drinks were nice. (I was kinda in a bad mood and a little rude accidentally but the bartenders were still really nice to me; sorry guys)It started POURING rain as it is so wont to do in Florida and someone came by and gave us towels to cover ourselves with right away.

First, the dining room was loud, the acoustics were terrible. There was a large table behind us of about 10 people that were so loud, we had to scream across the table. Since the dining room was less than half full, the hostess should have placed us in a part of the dining room further from this group. I forget the server's name as the service was good, not great. But there was another gentleman, Richard, he served our water and cleared plates. Richard was so pleasant, we had a long conversation with him, and he even sung to my Mom. I had Lobster Bisque, which had a crack in it according to the server, but it was horrible, tasted like a plant leaf. The Bisque was very tasty, would have been better with NO garnishes, only bisque. The quesadilla was not appealing, it tasted like there was a whole chicken breast flattened inside, and not much cheese. It should have had the chick cut into bites with lots of cheese. The Caprese, well it seemed that we were hunting for the basil. While I love Caprese (regular or Burrata), this was disappointing. For entrees there was Grouper, which was only good, as it was overcooked. Had it been cooked properly, if would not have been dry. I will say the sauce, which was a cream sauce with Capers was VERY tasty. I ordered the crab cake. It was garnished with lots of roasted pepper. And there was lots of red pepper IN the crab cake, this ruined it, as crab is delicate, and the roasted red pepper, especially in that quantity overpowered it. I ate 1/3 of it, and ordered another bowl of the bisque without ANY garnish. The soup arrived their normal preparation, then the second time it arrive with that icky cracker and the cold lobster claw (HELLO!!! That is part of the garnish!!!) I took both out, then ate. My husband ordered the NY Strip Steak. This was cooked perfectly (rate/medium-rare), and tasty. I would go back, as there is a large menu. But I would pay attention to the dining room when we were seated. Also, of the dishes we ordered, only the Lobster Bisque and the NY Strip Steak were worth ordering again.

The Latitude restaurant: we ate dinner here and it was excellent. The portions are “controlled” meaning on the smaller side so if you are hungry you will need appetizers as there is no bread service. We ordered the Caprese salad and the Burrata was very creamy. The diver scallops and the yellow fin tuna were our main entrees. They served 4 small scallops and given their size it should have been 6 for the price. The tuna was excellent and sushi grade. Nick our server was very nice.Breakfast however was disappointing. They couldn’t get our poached eggs right and we had to have them redone both mornings. Service took a long time. The bread for toast always fell apart for some reason and didn’t taste right. One morning the applewood bacon was thick as the menu described and the next it was super thin and barely cooked. Coffee was good and the fresh fruit was fresh.

Delectable foods with a delightful view.. You can choose to sit on the deck and enjoy the ocean breeze, or sit inside and enjoy the blue horizon. From the Boston Bibb with it's macadamia brittle, to the beautifully done Creme Brulee, everything was delightful. The entrees were exceptional, and the taste drove you to keep eating despite being well satiated. Large portions, but not excessive. The keys yellowtail snapper came with two immaculate, full filets accompanied by divine parmesan polenta. The Atlantic black grouper and lump crab was decadence upon decadence with perfectly done asparagus and hollandaise. I could not more highly recommend the dishes.

A lovely restaurant. We went for my husband's birthday and for the views. Unfortunately it was raining that day so the sunset was not visible but it stopped raining enough to go to the small boardwalk and look at the beach. You only have beach, pool access if you are staying at the resort.Good was nice my half portion for the pasta was quite large but for my husband's fish I would say it was on the smaller side. Prices are on the expensive side but it is on a 4 star resort, which is to be expected. Friendly staff, very attentive. If you are celebrating a birthday you get a free dessert with the meal. I would go there again and next time stay at the resort as well.When you go to the restaurant you will pay $5 valet as mentioned by others in the reviews.

Perfect for date night! Wonderful place to have a nice, romantic dinner. The resort is very nice. There's an outdoor bar and indoor bar to have a drink before dinner. Wooden boardwalk down to the ocean to see the beautiful water. We weren't staying at the resort but parking is very easy with $5 valet. I highly recommend the seafood pasta (large portion)! Probably the best I've ever had. It was full of crab and shrimp. The only negative I have is the appetizer and my husband's meal (diver scallops) were both on the small side. Definitely would not order the scallops again. It was hardly enough for a meal. Overall, wonderful experience and great service all around. We will be back!Parking: If you're not staying at the resort you can valet for $5.00.

Came here for a department dinner. I was disappointed by the inconsistency in the cooking of the food. For appetizers we ordered stone-fired naan flat bread which was delicious but the grilled octopus was overcooked and chewy. For entrees my coworker and I ordered the grilled seafood trio and although the shrimps were cooked well the scallops were overcooked and the mahi was very dry. My other coworker ordered the beef tenderloin medium which should be slightly pink in the middle but the meat was overcooked. My other coworker ordered the striped bass and he said it was cooked perfectly. I will say the staff was great. I also recommend their paper plane cocktail and in general their drinks were delicious. The Chocolate Indulgence dessert was also lovely.

This one is a story of three different meals - 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner.Breakfast number 1 was good, island French toast, well prepared and very tasty, with the cinnamon cutting through nicely. The blueberry butter, beyond the purple color, didn’t strike much of a chord, with no significant flavor coming through from it.Dinner was predominantly very good, the starters - calamari and octopus were both truly outstanding, and worth the visit alone. Main courses were both grouper, one ‘naked’ and beautifully cooked, very tasty but the risotto side was over cooked. The other grouper dish (pictured) was the crab encrusted variant, beautifully presented, and the fish very well cooked. I felt the crab dominated a little too much, but this was a minor gripe. The polenta side was a little dry and coupled with the slight dryness of the crab made the dish a little too dry, but still very flavorful.Crème brûlée was interesting, I enjoyed it but my wife less so. Very well prepared, and tasty, the point of contention being a relatively strong taste of orange. We were thinking perhaps Cointreau but there was no mention of this in the ingredients, so we asked our server. He checked and indicated lemon zest in the cream, and though this would be reasonable for a citrus tang, we both felt it was orange not lemon that we could taste. This question around ingredients certainly came into play with the next day’s breakfast too.Breakfast on the last day was sadly another story. Major attitude from the greeter from the outset, who initially refused to seat my wife saying the kitchen was closed despite arrival at 10:55 where the restaurant is indicated as being open for breakfast until 11:00am. Sorry but if you indicate you’re open to 11:00 then you don’t get to turn people away at 10:55, if you want to close earlier then indicate your hours accordingly, and certainly don’t be giving hotel guests paying over $500 per night, a bunch of attitude.A conversation with the restaurant manager eventually got us seated, though not without some more snide comment from the same greeter.In an endeavor to be as helpful as possible we ordered quickly, my wife going for the crab Benedict, whilst I went for the island French toast as I had the day before. The crab Benedict was under seasoned but otherwise ok, coffee only tepid (as it was the day before) but decent tasting nonetheless.The French toast though was a different story, and markedly poor compared to the day before. More importantly though the French toast tasted very heavily of almonds, overpowering any other flavor, and being akin to trying to eat straight marzipan. I should perhaps add that notwithstanding a very strong dislike of almonds, I’m also allergic to them, and there was no mention of them on the ingredients for the dish.I raised this with the server, also pointing out a fairly obvious sliced almond piece that had been stuck in one of the toast slices. The server took the dish back to the kitchen and returned to say that there was definitely no almonds in it and the almond we could see was a piece of crab meat. Notwithstanding the server’s poor attitude at this point she clearly implied the crab was in some way from my wife’s dish, despite that it came from a slice under another slice of toast and was literally embedded into that toast. Either way, indicating that somehow crab meat contamination was better, was completely laughable.The idea though that there was no almonds in there was an absolute joke, outside of cyanide I’m not aware of anything else that tastes like almonds/marzipan, certainly not so strongly. And of course the server was then accusingly saying to us that we had not indicated an allergy to her (true but then if you have an ingredient list that’s accurate, I haven’t previously encountered a problem with it).Needless to say I didn’t bother ordering a replacement.So overall a mixed bag, some excellent food, some very far from it. Some quality service, and some amongst the worst we’ve ever had.Dietary restrictions: I’d honestly have to say the m that those with allergies should not trust the ingredient lists on the menu. I would suggest telling your server if you have an allergy but given our server trying to insist that a dish had no almonds in it despite VERY heavily tasting of almonds, then maybe that won’t help either.

Please correct thisWe went yesterday for breakfast, first time since the remodel. The atmosphere, and the decor is very pleasant. We sat outside and the waitress, a young lady was very attentive. The food overall was okay, some mushy fruits in the fresh fruit bowl and the lump crap on the egg Benedict looked like it was sautéed/ fried which I wasn’t expecting, but what can I say?! We all have different tastes.There was the very unpleasant behavior of one of the employees,(I am assuming was the security , employee of the hotel), towards my husband and my teen daughter that just stand up from the table and went to watch the Boeing Starship launch the deck leasing out to the beach. They were was told by this particular employee that if they are not the guests of the hotel they don’t have access to beach. First of all ,they weren’t on the beach , secondly they weren’t dress for the beach, my husband was dressed for work, not wearing flip flops, and lastly it didn’t seem to be a very welcoming and polite behavior towards a restaurant client, which I am sure the hotel has a financial interest in, so even if we weren’t staying at the hotel we are guest of the hotel, by virtue of dining at their food establishment.And by the way as far as I know no one owns a beach in Florida so maybe I cannot use the hotel property path towards to the beach but you cannot tell me I cannot use the beach behind the hotel. This was a very unpleasant experience that could have been asides with a little common sense applied. Of course I will not go back there to have a meal, due to how unwelcome I felt as a client of the hotels restaurant and I surly will not recommend the Jupiter Beach Resort to a friend or family member looking for a place to stay when visiting Jupiter, as I had in the past.All customer interactions count even when it is hotel security, which ultimately cost the hotel a lost customer….

Favorite place❤. Every one is soooo nice I was a bit sad our sal the chef was no longer there, but our favorite person our waiter Faren 🥰😇 always there with her smiley face, and just her personality alone makes this place our forever place, also the new renovations is amazing 😍,Parking: You will definitely have to valet your car, I love that, it’s only $5 and the valet guys are also nice and trustworthy

I used to love this spot, and taking company there when visiting was always a priority. No more. Boy, has this place changed! The dining service was fabulous, but the food was sub-standard. The tortilla chips appetizer was stale, and the french fries that went with the overpriced meal felt like they had been sitting around for way too long. When we went to take our usual stroll on the beach afterward, there was a locked gate in place with a sign reading for guests only. Upon leaving, I asked the valet ticket counter person, where you now have to pay five dollars, if it included the tip to the driver. Nope. I never had to valid before, especially not on a summer weekday. There was hardly anyone there, inside or out. They’ve very strategically put roadblocks so that if you dared to try parking yourself, you were trapped. A 9 point turn was needed to get out of that once guest-friendly area. The entire atmosphere reeked of big business versus the once warm, friendly spot I couldn’t wait to go to. I’ve given an extra star only due to the service at beach bar. I didn’t get her name but she was very nice. Overpriced. Under Not worth returningPS I did speak to a gentleman in sales regarding the bill and disappointing changes and he was very nice. He said they’re working on making changes there which was encouraging.

We made reservations for this restaurant in the Jupiter Beach Resort. Valet parking for $5 is the only option. There’s a beautiful bar and lounge area inside as well as indoor dining. We chose to sit outside which was lovely. Although we couldn’t see the ocean, we could hear it. Nick was very helpful and attentive. We had the Crab covered grouper and the Seafood trio which was grouper, scallops, and shrimp. Everything was delicious plus very appealing presentation. We had bananas foster which was huge and mango cheesecake. Definitely one of the best dinners we’ve had in Jupiter. I definitely recommend Latitudes and look forward to returning in the future.

The restaurant has everything to be a 4 diamond place. It has the sea next to it and the atmosphere is well crafted.However, the reservation wasn’t honored and the service was rushed in a way that the food came before the silverware. No room to order drinks.Some food was really good, the lobster and fettuccine pasta as well the shrimp rolls were good, but the grilled chicken was dry, cold and pale.It was a bummer, I decided to celebrate my daughter’s birthday here thinking on having a blast but it was the opposite, we ended up in the hotel room in less than 45 mins.

Five star prices, for 3 star food. Sad to say, the ocean view is the only reason to come here, not the food. A blackened mahi sandwich was soggy and just tasted "ok". The bill for 2 entrees, two cocktails, and a 15% tip came to $104 (lunch). The side salads were offered as a "come with" item, but then were billed at $24 for both. Better plan: Come here for a drink & eat elsewhere.

As a very last minute decision we decided to try Latitudes which is within walking distance of our new condo. Even though the dining room was at capacity with reservations, the sweet and helpful hostess offered us a table by the window in the lounge area that is literally at the same area as the restaurant. Only difference was the type of table and chairs. The full menu was offered, which did not disappoint!The atmosphere is lovely, the service was GREAT, the menu awesome variety and creativity, presentation was very nice and the freshness of the fish perfect considering where we are!Brianna, our wait person was friendly and helpful! Great service for sure!I would not hesitate to recommend dining here as we will definitely return. We also plan to try breakfast and lunch!

I had a culinary experience yesterday that had satisfied my insatiable taste buds .The presentation and delectable taste of the food were superb and compliments to the Chef .Michelle who was my waiter was attentive ,courteous with superb professional ethics .I will returnParking: No hassle - It is Valet only $5

We had a wonderful experience for our first time at latitudes. We had several dishes, Including the focaccia bread, octopus, stuffed crab avocado, Lobster fettuccine, crab crusted grouper, and the Hamachi. For dessert, we also had the mango cheesecake. All the food was very well prepared and very delicious, we especially loved the octopus and the Hamachi. Our server, Jared, was fantastic, very knowledgeable, And we could tell he was a seasoned Server, which we appreciated as we are also in the Hospitality industry. We went early and were able to take our time enjoying each course before the next one came out. Our Server Assistant Richard was also very wonderful and even gave us a little serenade, which we enjoyed! Overall, the new restaurant there is a great addition to JBR, And we look forward to going back and trying the Specials.

Overall, one gets the impression that they don’t really want to welcome people who are not guests of the hotel. We arrived at the front of the restaurant, and were ignored at first and then greeted with indifference.The tiny portion of blackened mahi came on a stale bun. This was more a stale slider than the sandwich described on the menu. The summer rolls had a weird flavour and were rolled so poorly that they fell apart.At no point did anyone come to see if we were enjoying our or needed anything else.To top it off one must pay for valet parking even though there is tons of parking around.Oddly enough, tho only person who asked how our meal was, was the valet attendant. He was kind enough to apologize on behalf of the restaurant but it really shouldn’t be up to the valet attendant to check on how a guests dining experience was.All in all the food was disappointing and we felt unwelcome.

Truly enjoyed our entire experience here - From the coastal and submerged-in-nature aesthetic to the delicate yet flavorful fare, we had some of the best seafood. The scallops were cooked to perfection! We were even blown away with our son's cheeseburger sliders. Faren, our server, really made our experience above and beyond. Her expertise and suggestions were spot on. We hope she has a successful future with Latitudes, you have a true gem of passion! We'll be back - The McCurley Family

Let me start by saying that our waitress Faren was the best server ever!Her personality and service was top notch!What a pleasure to make her acquaintance!We were seated promptly at our reserved time.One of our guests is very particular about food choices, and she was very patient with him.We had the salad with salmon, lobster bisque, crab cake, grouper, fish and chips. All were delicious!The focaccia at the beginning was amazing!There is no bread served but this was much better!The manager walks around and is present to see what is happening. Good job there!But what stands out the most about our visit is at the end we were wished a little Hawaiiangoodbye song! So special! We will be back to bring more friends:) Keep up the great work!

There is no section above for rating for hostess, seating, and parking.Starting with the required valet parking. If you can get over the fact that it's absolutely required, and there are barricades that don't allow you to self park. And five dollars is required for valet. Then you need to understand that our experience took 25 minutes to get our car. There was a party bus actually two party buses in the driveway which required loading of a large group. Which took 10 minutes easily apiece. This confounded the people coming in to park as well as the people leaving. There was definitely not enough valet Drivers. Once the car was finally appeared they shout your name because of the bedlam and we walked to the other side of the driveway. Not exactly door-to-door service. And while you're waiting, you have no sense of security that your car will ever show up. The drivers were very nice and polite. However, they were completely overwhelmed, and the whole system was , an experience I would like to avoid in the future.When we were offered high top seating, I don't think we realized how loud it would be in the bar area on a Friday night so that was not exactly a desirable experience. Additionally, we came in at five. Surprisingly, we left before seven, as the food took a while to come. But the entire dining room was empty when we got there when we left and I think they certainly could've seated us in the dining room for our brief stay.The birthday party in the back room reduce the number of seats so perhaps that's why we were relegated to a high top. Which might've worked out for another group, but my 87-year-old parents found it difficult to talk and here in such a loud environment.The waitress did the best she could under the circumstances.Additionally, we called for a reservation and we're told that we were going to get a text. We called back for a text. And there was no sign of our reservation so we called again. We ended up calling four times to secure this reservation and we never got a text.Nice place, bedlam.

For such a beautiful restaurant and wonderful food- the way the hostess greeted us was absolutely unacceptable. We made a reservation online for 4pm - when we arrived and gave our name and said we have a res for 4 - the hostess with brown hair turned overheard us and said you have a res here?? At this restaurant?? We were taken back and said yes…she continued to insist they aren’t open and we can only get the bar menu…when we sat down and were only offered one spot to sit and the bar menu we asked the waitress if they have the all day menu and she said of course we do! This was our anniversary as well and the hostess definitely did not want to seat us. We will be calling the manager this week to discuss it further as we relayed the experience to friends and they had the same hostess treat them the same way at the afternoon pre dinner hours!!

Amazing!!!!!!!!!! I did a celebratory dinner at Latitudes and it was fantastic. 10 out of 10. The service was fantastic from the hostesses to the servers, and the food was very good. I would highly recommend it to anyone. I booked my 18 person reservation through the Director of Food and Beverage, Brandon, who was also very helpful.

Gorgeous new renovation in restaurant and bar. Comfy, elegant casual. Feels as if on vacation. Service from valet to hostess to table is superb. Our server Beatrice was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Food was truly delicious with large portions. The salmon was cooked perfectly (asked how I’d like it done), salads were yummy too. Vegetables were done well too. Burgers are delicious and big. Nice selection of wines and drinks. Everything was perfect.

As I read the reviews, I am very surprised that there are any reviews with less than 5 stars.My group are all foodies, and they are not easily impressed.Our experience was top-notch!First, I want to give a shout-out to Jill who took my reservation & made sure the table was perfect for a birthday celebration! Thanks Jill.It was our 1st time here at this Latitudes-Jupiter Beach Resort and it did not disappoint.The décor is stunning, very inviting, & comfortable. It was a Monday night, and the place was crowded, and the best part was we were able to converse with each other and hear each other!!Our waitress was Nancy. She is an excellent server, very attentive, and knowledgeable of all offerings. Thank you, Nancy, for making my husband’s birthday a memorable one!!To Start: Awesome cocktails & Skillet FocacciaAppetizers: Grilled Octopus & Latitudes Iced Shellfish TowerMain Course: Diver Scallops, Lobster & Crab-Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp, Branzino, Corvina, & Halibut: with excellent wine.Dessert: Key lime pie, bananas foster, coconut gelato, tea, coffee, espresso, and some dessert Martinis!!Everything was not only perfectly presented; It was delicious. 6 foodies were absolutely impressed!! Cheers to the Chef!Finally, Richard treated us to multiple serenades throughout our meal, that made our night even more spectacular! Thank you, Richard!!!Throughout the evening, we had a few other staff clean off the table, and serve so everything was ready and on time; very attentive.Thank you to everyone, we will all be back for sure. sat at the bar which was busy and the bar staff was stressed and so that really didn’t make for a relaxing time. Food was decent, portions smaller. Big problem was that you had to pay $5 for parking . Then of course you want to tip the valet as the charge is not their fault! You can see pets of the ocean and the decor is nice but on balance the downsides outweighed the good so we probably won’t return.Parking: $5 to valet park. No option for self parking

A splendid experience! I visited Latitudes after solo kayaking at the Loxahatchee River, and I needed some fuel after my energy-intensive journey. As soon as I arrived at the resort I was greeted by a very kind valet driver! I made my way through the resort lobby to the restaurant, where I found a beautiful sight! The aesthetics of this place make a great first impression.After drinking 72oz of water while kayaking, I was in need of the restroom first and foremost. Their restrooms are just as nice as the rest of the facility!Then I was seated next to the windows overlooking the patio. I would have requested outdoor seating if it weren’t raining cats and dogs. But the view was lovely nonetheless, as they have tall palm trees planted along the border of the patio. And the chairs are the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in at a restaurant! I was already comfy and cozy when the hostess walked past and offered me a pillow for my back. At first I said it wasn’t necessary, but then I thought what’s the point in turning it down? I appreciated the additional support, especially after a long day of physical activity.Soon the most friendly waitress I’ve ever met introduced herself as Faren. Faren is so warm and kind, she makes you feel like an old friend! I can’t say enough about her service, so just take my word that she’s a sweet heart and you’d be lucky to meet her.I ordered both the Blackened Mahi Sandwich and the Lobster & Shrimp Fettuccini (I couldn’t decide!). They were both delicious! The Mahi Sandwich had pineapple on it which made it both sweet and savory. As a solo diner I couldn’t finish them both in one, but I’m greatly looking forward to finishing the fettuccini for dinner tomorrow.I would highly recommend Latitudes to anyone visiting the area. The quality of their service and their food is exceptional, and their prices are amazing for the value! I’m so glad that I happened to stop in!
