Read MoreI had eaten at their other Italian restaurant during the day and had no idea we'd end up seeing some of the same staff again. Our experience is not a good one to go off of. We arrived somewhat unannounced with about 70 people. The restaurant locked the doors after we ordered because they barely had enough food to fill our orders. It was a Saturday night so I wouldn't think 70 people would kill a food supply in a kitchen, but we did. They ran out of certain cuts of steak and multiple sides. I'm super understanding with the difficulty of having 70 people roll into a restaurant and even with all of the food items being unavailable, the food was still good. My only problem was our grouchy waitress. She was down right rude. She became the running joke at the table when we'd see her coming towards the table. We'd whisper don't ask for anything extra or I bet you're not getting what you want. She even told us that if we needed something, she needed to know right then because she was going to go smoke a cigarette. We didn't see her smile until dinner was over and the group leader had paid the bill and tipped the staff. If must have been generous because she came to the table, told us our check was taken care of and that we didn't have to tip her, that she had already been tipped, but we could tip her if we wanted to. Overall, under the circumstances, it was a good meal, minus the waitress.
