Unfortunately, instead of the Golden hour, we were given the Golden shower, lol.
The special they advertised was that beer was $3 and wine by the glass was $5.
Perfect, or so we thought.
Unfortunately, when we got our bill, our 4 beers cost us $40!!!!
Now, is that anyway to treat two senior citizens on a fixed income???
When I asked the bartender why the beer was more than our entrees, she said the only beer for $3 was the bottled Amstel light.
This is extremely poorly played by the bartender as she should have advised us that the Peroni I had on tap was NOT INCLUDED in the Golden Shower, I mean hour.
Very disappointed.
However, despite the lack of decorum and honesty from the bartender, the food for the Golden Hour was spectacular (see photos).
I'm not sure we will return as I don't drink Amstel and I refuse to pay $10 for a Peroni during a Happy Hour event.
Nuff said.
