Been here twice now, food has been excellent both times.
Firstly was a to-go order with Birria Tacos [Order of 3 for $13.50] and two Mexican Coca-Cola [Theyre HUGE 500ml bottles]. The birria was unlike anywhere I'd had it before, the consomme spiced, fragrant, and flavorful. The hot sauces included had a perfect amount of spice and added a fresh flavor throughout.
The second visit was Birria [it was too good to not], Two Agua Fresca [Watermelon], and Lengua Burrito. The Watermelon (Sandia) drink was SO refreshing and was actually made with watermelon (surprising in America, I know) and started off with a small but was finished so fast we needed to get a large. As for the burrito (my other half was so taken by it, he'd forgotten to share, so in his words), the lengua was generous and softly cooked, making it gorgeously tender. The black beans were very good, and the burrito was lightly grilled on both sides, helping it stay together and giving it a light crisp.
The weather out was gorgeous and with the shade of a large oak tree, provided canopies and benches/tables and chairs, it made for a beautifully relaxing time. The staff know what they're doing for sure, and are very personable and helpful. Thank you, La Oaxaqueña!
