I recently dined here a while back , and while the food was decent, my overall experience was soured by how the employees were treated. Throughout my meal, I noticed the staff seemed stressed and unhappy. It became clear that management was demanding and disrespectful, often speaking harshly to the employees in front of customers. For example, I witnessed the manager reprimand a server loudly for a minor mistake, which was uncomfortable for everyone in the vicinity. The server appeared visibly upset, and it was clear that this was not an isolated incident but part of a pattern of poor treatment. Additionally, I overheard several employees talking about their unreasonable working hours and lack of breaks, which is unacceptable in any workplace.It was uncomfortable to witness and made me question how the restaurant values its team. Happy employees are crucial to a positive dining experience, and it’s disheartening to see them treated poorly. The overall atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming, which significantly detracted from the dining experience. I hope the management takes steps to improve their treatment of staff, as it significantly impacts the overall atmosphere and customer satisfaction. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant. No matter how good the food might be, supporting a business that mistreats its employees is something I cannot do.
