Beautiful, cozy homestyle restaurant. I must've passed this restaurant a hundred times. I finally decided to try it while we wanted a homestyle eatery to celebrate my husband's birthday. We arrived right before closing time, but the owner was nice and generous enough to accommodate us and what a treat it was! We weren't sure we would get fresh food since they were closing. How wrong I was! All our food was freshly made. I had the salmon with freshly cut mango bits, rice & beans and homemade salad. Hubby had the steak, sweet plantains, kids had steak & fries, fried chicken tacos, chicken wings and pastelitos for apps and I had the moro drink which I highly recommend. Hubby had a drink from Honduras too that I can't recall the name :-( but was so delicious too. The prices of the food was also very reasonable which made the food even more delicious. The atmosphere of this restaurant is absolutely cozy and very unassuming since it's changed ownership a couple of times. Folks, trust me when I say you must try this spot! You will not be disappointed. A special shout out to the owner for waiting for us and making us feel welcome even though we arrived at closing. I will never forget your hospitality. God bless you, your family and your establishment.Parking: Parking was easy, right in front of restaurant.
