The prices are extremely high for the quality of food. We ordered a Tom Yum soup, a Shrimp Pineapple Fried Rice, and Green Beans with beef and the total was $54.
(For comparison another customer walked in for a pick. They ordered two broccoli beef and one Thai Ice tea and it was $45).
We waited in the sitting area for our food and heard them using a microwave. I’ve worked in food service many years and there is absolutely no reason why a kitchen should have a microwave. Additionally, for the prices the food should be made fresh with each order.
It was clear when we ate our food that the fried rice and the soup were not fresh. We dumped the soup because it tasted old. The friend rice was very mushy and therefore did not taste like fried rice or just made.
I only gave this place two stars because the green bean & beef dish (Pra King) was actually pretty good and very likely the only thing they cooked fresh.
I’m definitely not going back even if it is late. Really, it’s not worth the risk of getting microwaved food for those prices.
