Eating this at Microsoft Chef's Table today was a real treat! Delicious pupusa with bean and cheese. Great light pickle on the cabbage and a wonderful red sauce topping. What a delight.

This may have been my first pupusa, not sure; however, I really enjoyed the taste of the dense stuffed cornmeal fritter/pupusa. The breakfast bowl was also tasty, a broad mix of fresh ingredients. Liked the many vegan options on the menu. Will visit again.
