One of the challenges is, however, that I am allergic to a significant number of spices that are common in Indian cuisine (including cardamamom, saffron, and cashews). Kumar's was able to both accommodate this allergy need while also having some of the best traditional Indian food I've ever had. My relatives from India were incredibly impressed and did not realize they could have such a wonderfully traditional food experience in the U.S., let alone in Texas. The food was delicious, the experience was authentic, and I would absolutely recommend them easily for anyone looking to do South Indian wedding catering
