Looking for good loco moco? Don’t miss this spot! Koji’s is a local spot, literally hole in the wall place for locals. No parking lot, but there’s plenty of street parking. It might not look glamorous outside (or inside for that matter), but the food is smackdabingly good! The prices are super reasonable and the portions are large.
We walked in during peak lunch hours so it was quite busy. It’s a small place, so really, standing room only. There are two seats in the corner for you to sit while you wait on the food to be prepared. We watched locals come in and out, many ordering the “special of the day” which was whatever they had ready in their buffet layout. If you order this, you’ll be in and out within a couple minutes. I ordered the Koji Loco and my boyfriend ordered the Teri Beef Loco. Both were fantastic and exactly as pictured in all the photos. They don’t skimp on anything! It was super filling so either come hungry or expect to be super full after.
