When I walked in I asked the girl at the front “how are you doing today?” She stayed on her phone and didn’t even say “hello” after a few seconds of awkward silence I ordered my food. They told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes the manager (idk who she was tbh) came and said that they didnt have enough wings (9) as opposed to the 12 I ordered. But, would compensate with 3 shrimps she apologized for the delayed and even said “i will get them out fast since i see your work shirt and i know you have to be back to work”. I didnt care much about the compensation since I needed to go back to work. She then blasted music to the max for just me and it was really annoying. I sat for maybe another 20-30 minutes to ask when my food would be done and they said 3 minutes. That was sort of true. I was also the only person in. Which is why I’m really surprised at the time it took them to make the wings.
Now, for my food review. The BBQ sauce was hotter than the actual wings. The wings were chewy and tasted old and frozen. The shrimp was sorry and also chewy and the breading on the shrimp was almost non existent. This was actually good because I didnt want any breading which is why I went with the wings. I ended up trashing the fries that came in with my order as I was too disappointed at the overall experience.
