Read More“I was on my way to a wedding and stopped at this Halal restaurant on J St. in Sacramento in the evening. Parking is a big issue here—there’s only street parking, and you need to be very careful. There’s a bus stop right in front of the restaurant, and if you park or even stop there briefly, an automatic camera will take a picture of your car, and you’ll get a ticket in the mail. Unfortunately, this happened to me, which was frustrating.
As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. They offer a good variety of Halal dishes, and everything was well-prepared. However, the food took longer than expected to be ready. The restaurant itself was clean, but the atmosphere was not great. The space is very small, and the restroom was not in good condition, which took away from the overall experience.
I deducted one star because of the atmosphere and restroom, but overall, the food and service were good. If you’re looking for tasty Halal food, this place is worth a visit—just be mindful of the parking situation!”
