Went to store and drive thru, told me to wait in lot and someone would bring it out. Over 50 minutes after order placed went inside, still no order, asked to just cancel, they said they could not and gave me 800 number to customer service. All I can say is customer service must be trained at same place - over 30 minutes on phone and then disconnected. Guess I will just dispute thru credit card. Only positive aspect was the wait made me go inside and I could see how filthy place is. Not getting that order may have saved me from getting sick! My advice would be to avoid KFC like the plague.
