Read MoreOk first and foremost, many of us have been to KFC aka Kentucky Fried Chicken, but I will say this has been the best experience I have had at a location in while. I ordered from inside rather than the drive thru and I will say, I was able to experience this location and the staff first hand. I was greeted upon arrival and was informed that they will be right with me as they were busy with other customers, this is much appreciated. I ordered a 2 piece meal that came with 2 legs, mashed potato and gravy and a biscuit. As I waited, a staff member informed me that it would be a few minutes as the chicken was being cooked fresh at that moment, no problem for me 😋. I chose to eat my meal in my car. With regards to the food, the chicken, mash and biscuit were all hot and fresh. At some locations the meal would be medium or sometimes the mash and biscuit would be luke warm or cold. The customer service was great and seemed like a great environment as the staff had great attitudes. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely come back to this location due the great customer service and food. Keep it up Upland KFC! Wheelchair access and bathrooms on premises. Plenty of indoor seating and there is some outdoor seating as well.
