Out of all of the ramen places I’ve tried, Kawa 18 Ramen is one of the few who deserve a written review! The pork tonkatsu broth is made from scratch, using real pork bones (unlike some other ramen places that use soup bases). This really sets Kawa 18 apart from the rest. I got the Tonkatsu Black; it’s so rich, delicious, and even more flavorful with the black garlic oil.
I also got the Thai iced tea, and it was perfect!! Normally I don’t order it even though I love it, because a lot of places make it too sweet for me, but their version is perfect! “Not too sweet” = top tier Asian compliment 👌🏼
Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back to try the miso ramen!
