How can I begin to express the gratitude to the dining experience I had at Kaskade? I came in from a Pulsd deal, and hopes that I would be able to just leave with a full stomach, and end my night, instead? I was treated to the warmest hospitality by Samantha, the lovely daughter of owner Jolanta, who may take the cake as the best owner that I have ever encountered. From the Red Wine Sangria to the Shrimp Burger, to the Hangar Steak, down to the desserts that made a man who doesn't eat sweets feel like he was in heaven. Barbara, the head chef makes every dish with portions that you'd expect at home, and her take on Salmon Tacos will leave you questioning why you haven't ordered them yet. Fair prices, beautiful decor, and an owner who loves every patron, and makes everyone feel not like a guest, but like family. An excellent location, and venue for everything you can think of, and the right staff in place to maximize your return. This place makes me reconsider every 5 star rating that I've ever given, and that's only because they won't allow me to give Kaskade more.
